Terms of Service

These terms describe use of getrendyshop.com and purchases from Get Trendy, operating from Ecuador and offering products to international customers. Read the product information, checkout disclosures and any applicable delivery and return policies before placing an order. Questions can be sent to hello@demo.getrendyshop.com.

Using the store

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, misuse another person's account, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with security controls. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or act with the authorization required by applicable law.

Accounts and Google sign-in

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Google sign-in is optional and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices. Using it allows the store to authenticate you using the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy. Account access and transaction records remain subject to applicable privacy and consumer rights.

Product information

Product pages describe the item offered, compatibility information and available options. Check device compatibility and included accessories before purchasing. Images illustrate the product; screen settings may affect how colors appear. Product descriptions must not limit rights relating to inaccurate descriptions, defects or other protections provided by applicable law.

Prices and checkout

The currency and item price are displayed in the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other mandatory charges must be disclosed before you confirm payment. Payment is processed using the payment methods actually available at checkout. We do not treat an undisclosed fee as accepted merely because an order was submitted.

Orders

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order request. Fulfilment remains subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and handle any payment already received in accordance with applicable law. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a different price without your agreement.

International sales and delivery

We sell to the destinations enabled at checkout. Not every product or shipping method is available in every country. Destination restrictions and delivery estimates must be checked before payment. Unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase, local import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can affect delivery times. This does not permit undisclosed charges or remove mandatory customer remedies.

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including suppliers using AliExpress, and may ship from outside Ecuador. Get Trendy remains your point of contact for the order. Supplier platform rules do not replace your rights against Get Trendy. Delivery estimates, origin-related information and any customs charges payable by the customer must be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

Delivery methods, destination availability and charges are shown where available during checkout. Any stated delivery estimate should be reviewed before purchase. Contact us if a delivery is delayed, damaged or missing. These terms do not remove any applicable rights concerning delivery, loss or cancellation.

Returns, cancellations and faulty items

Contact hello@demo.getrendyshop.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. Include relevant information about a defect or incorrect item; do not send payment credentials or sensitive identity documents unless they are specifically required through an appropriate secure process.

For eligible purchases governed by Ecuadorian consumer law, requests for return or exchange may be made within the fifteen-day period following receipt described in Article 45 of the Organic Consumer Protection Law, provided the nature of the item allows it and the item is in the same condition as received. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the appropriate return destination and instructions. Do not return products to a supplier without instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless applicable law or a product-specific offer requires otherwise. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Get Trendy will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable, necessary return shipping where a return is required. Supplier approval does not override mandatory rights.

Approved refunds will be requested through the original payment method within ten business days after eligibility and, when required, receipt of the return have been confirmed. Payment-provider posting times may be additional. Statutory deadlines and mandatory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement and warranty rights take precedence. Where the law requires a monetary refund, store credit will not be substituted without a lawful basis.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use it to browse the store and make personal purchasing decisions. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Links or integrations do not imply endorsement. Third-party services, including Google and payment providers, have their own terms.

Applicable law and consumer rights

Get Trendy operates from Ecuador. These terms are subject to applicable Ecuadorian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Where a destination provides a longer cancellation period or stronger warranty, refund or other non-waivable rights, those rights apply as required. No requirement to resolve a dispute exclusively in Ecuador is imposed by these terms. A supplier’s policy cannot reduce those rights.

Responsibility and service availability

We seek to keep the store accurate and available, but maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections. Disputes and remedies remain subject to the applicable law and competent authorities; no exclusive jurisdiction or arbitration requirement is established by these terms.

Updates and contact

Changes apply from the effective date stated on the published version. A later change does not retroactively alter an accepted order or remove rights already acquired. Contact: hello@demo.getrendyshop.com.
